FAQ
FAQ
Q: Is 2 years old too early to start speaking English?
A: No, actually, the earlier, the better. We have babies as young as 0 years old enrolled in our school. It is said that even small children who cannot yet speak can understand two languages, distinguish between different languages, and hear them. Children who have not heard English by the age of 5 often become confused by the differences between English and Japanese.
Q: I'm not good at English and I'm a complete beginner. Will that be okay?
A: Most people start as complete beginners, so don't worry.
Q: When can I take lessons?
A: You can choose one-on-one lessons freely depending on the teacher's availability. For group lessons, the date and time will vary depending on the English level. Please come to a free trial lesson first. We will explain in detail there.
Q: Can I make any requests or changes to the curriculum content?
A: Of course you can. Depending on the company, industry, and position, the desired content will be different, so it is possible to change the content according to each person's wishes and goals. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
Q: Can I change the content of my lesson midway?
A: Unfortunately, we do not generally recommend this. Before starting the lesson curriculum, we will thoroughly counsel you about your wishes and goals.
Q: What is the minimum and maximum contract term?
A: The shortest period is one month. There is no maximum period, but many customers renew their contracts annually.
Q: Can I use my own text?
A: Yes, you can. However, our school provides original textbooks that are created and created by our instructors themselves, and they have been well received by many companies, so please feel free to use them.
Q: If a lesson is cancelled due to personal reasons, a holiday, or bad weather, can the lesson be rescheduled for another day?
A: For corporate lessons, you are free to reschedule to another lesson within the same company. However, if you wish to postpone the lesson itself on a specific day, this will only be done once a month, and only if you notify us at least one business day in advance. Also, please note that if you need to reschedule a lesson due to bad weather, we will only hold a make-up lesson if you notify us at least one business day in advance. Please note that we will not be able to reschedule a lesson if you cancel on the day.
Q: What happens if the number of students increases midway through the curriculum?
A: Our school offers two types of group lessons: small group (1-10 people) and large group (11-20 people). We can accommodate changes to the number of students as long as they are within the respective limits.
Q: My students have a wide range of English levels. How do you teach students at different levels?
A: It is best to divide students into classes according to their level (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
Q: As an additional service, I would like support with business-related questions between lessons (e.g. correcting emails to overseas customers). Is this possible?
A: Yes, you can request corrections by email. Please contact us separately for fees and other details. In addition, we will provide a LINE Group between students and teachers. Of course, the conversation will be in English. You can come into contact with English on a daily basis outside of lessons, so please feel free to use it.
